Recent Projects- Founded The Business Women's Circle to facilitate "PEERpower" through forums focused on business growth.
- Coaching entrepreneur to make her dream business a reality. Holding her accountable along the way, giving her feedback on strategy and tactics, and providing feedback on client development.
- Conducted strategic planning for a five year exit strategy with a women business owner. Set the plan, the milestones, the activities, and continue to monitor the plan and hold her accountable.
- Consulted/coached/and conducted team building workshop for a business heading for trouble because of a manager unwilling to accept change.
- Designed a research project to conduct interviews and focus groups with women business owners to determine the elements of a successful exit strategy.
- Designed an assessment instrument for business owners to determine if they are ready to sell their business.
- Presented at the NAWBO 2008 conference and Syracuse University W.I.S.E. Institute for women entrepreneurs 2008 on Exit Strategies for Women Business owners.
