| Allow me to introduce, Red Book, LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in coaching women business owners to stabilize, strategize, and innovate their businesses in order to grow. Despite challenges in our economy, women business owners are positioned to seize opportunities...and they are out there. This is a time to make mid-course adjustments, while at the same time thinking about long term goals. I love working with women who are "in charge" and can tap into their entrepreneurial spirit. I use a process that results in key strategic initiatives that, if attended to, will take their businesses from "surviving" to "thriving". Then I help them stay focused on achieving their personal, as well as, business goals.
I believe there is an "Art" to growing a business, especially if your long term goal is to Exit or make a transition from it. That's why I'm co-authoring a book with Terri Krivosha called "The Art of Growing A Business with an EXIT In Mind. It's all about timing." Most of the examples in the book are from women business owners I have met as a business owner, in my coaching practice, or as I facilitate for Women President's Organization.
I also believe that there is nothing like the power of peers to help you get through the challenges of running a business. That's why I started The Business Women's Circle. It's a great next step to the Red Book process. Check it out at www.thebwc.org.
